A Little About Justice

The Professional

My name is Justice Payne-Tyson and I am The Neighbor”Hood” Therapist™ and the owner and founder of All Us We Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. My background includes being certified in Brainspotting (BSP) and Anger Resolution (CART), having 10+ years of experience working with teens and Juvenile offenders, 5+ years of professional counseling experience working with clients dealing with various mental health concerns. I am also an American Counseling Association member, and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) certified. MRT is a 12 step program that seeks to decrease recidivism among both juvenile and adult criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning.

Therapy with me is authentic, creative, soulful, and effective. I want you to reach the best version of yourself, without compromising who you are as an individual.

My specialties include:

The Human

I am married to an amazing nurse and an even more phenomenal human being. I love tinkering, learning, boxing, and reading. I started All Us We Counseling after realizing that there weren’t enough therapists who looked like me or understood my upbringing. I strive to make all sessions less clinical and more therapeutic. This is often translated into a real soulful conversation that yields positive results with clients.

Brian Jackson and the late great Gil Scott-Heron, thank you for such an amazing song in “alluswe”. It has inspired a city and it is now a movement.

Thank you to the Paterson Eastside High School football program for their mentorship and guidance. It has literally saved my life. I am forever my brother’s keeper… God, Family, Community, School.
